All online orders and payments are made using the PayPal system. This is a safe and secure system which accepts Debit, 3V Vouchers and major credit cards.
If you don’t have access to a credit card you can Mail order using this form to place your order. Print out the form, fill in your information and mail it to us along with your method of payment. We accept payment for offline orders via cheque, postal order or bank draught. Please note that offline purchases will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.
All orders are packaged, shipped and delivered within 2-4 working days of placing your order.
Quite often it is easier to deliver to a work address to ensure prompt receipt of your order. If you would prefer this option, please provide a work address instead of a home address in your shipping details when using the PayPal checkout. Please also provide a contact telephone number in the comments section to aid delivery.
We use a 'track and trace' delivery system to ensure that your package arrives expediently and in excellent condition.
The shipping cost of each item is calculated by weight and displayed at Checkout Step 1.
For orders of two or more products the most you will be charged for shipping is E10.50 (within the 32 counties of Ireland).

If, in the unlikely event, that your order is not in stock, we will personally contact you and assist you in choosing another item and/or discuss the estimated time of delivery of your order.
Please note we cannot be responsible for shipping delays outside of our control including, but not exclusive too, postal delays, postal strikes, mis-delivery, delays due to insufficient recipient address details.
If, in the unlikely event, that your order is not in stock, we will personally contact you and assist you in choosing another item; and/or discuss the estimated time of delivery of your order; and/or provide you with an immediate refund.

Cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your original order. Gifts may be returned to us within 7 days after delivery in the original packaging and with original tags intact.
In the case of faulty goods, returned items may be either exchanged or refunded strictly within 60 days.
Shipping costs for sending items out are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the Purchaser. There will be no additional shipping charge for replacement of damaged items. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the correct packaging of your order, we cannot be responsible for breakages, damage outside of our control.

If you are ordering a gift for someone special, we are happy to include a gift note for you at no extra charge. Please include your gift message in the PayPal check-out area or email it to info@toybarn.ie
Where possible all products are neatly presented in tissue paper and carefully wrapped to ensure they reach you in tip-top condition. As you can appreciate, with some items it is not possible to wrap them with tissue paper due to their size or weight.
As standard all products are securely packaged for their onward journey to you.
Personalised gifts, for the very nature of their design, cannot be refunded or exchanged. All information provided by the customer must be checked to ensure correct spelling etc as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
